Our Doctors

Jeri Schneebeck, O.D., F.C.O.V.D.

Jeri is the founding optometrist of Highline Vision Center and retired from patient care in August 2023.

Thank you for over 40 years of the opportunity to care for your eyes and your families’ eyes!

I would like to thank you, my patients, for over 40 years of the opportunity to care for your eyes and your families’ eyes.  During that time, I have built wonderful relationships and have so enjoyed my time in optometric practice.  I will be retiring from patient care August 31, 2023 and will miss seeing all of you!   I will still be helping the staff with anything needed during the transition.

We have five excellent doctors already on staff to take over my patients’ care.

My plans in retirement include traveling with my husband, Terry, spoiling 7 great nieces and nephews – all five and under!, golf, walking my dogs, and organizing my house (notice this is last on the list).

Thanks again for 40+ great years!
– Jeri

Jennifer Redmond, O.D., F.C.O.V.D.

Jennifer has been with Highline since 2001 and specializes in the intersection between vision and learning.

Positive, practical, and focused, Dr. Jennifer Redmond is a good communicator who makes people feel comfortable and relaxed.

She loves working in a profession where she can care for people from 6 months to 96 years old. Born and raised in Iowa City, Iowa, Jennifer and her brother, Ryan, grew up catching snakes, climbing trees, fishing, and building forts. In school she was active in tennis, running, and playing the viola in the orchestra. Being a musician herself, she is very aware of the visual issues facing musicians.

She attended Luther College in Decorah, Iowa where she studied biology and chemistry when she wasn’t hiking or camping. She received her doctor of optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. She was awarded her board certification in 2005, specializing in vision and learning, vision therapy, and neuro-rehabilitative optometry. Jennifer is a member of a small team who organizes, plans, and runs an annual vision conference in Estes Park. This enables her to give back to her profession promoting education and life long learning.

Jennifer is passionate about volunteering for a local non-profit, the Raptor Education Foundation, working with hawks, owls, eagles, falcons, and vultures to promote environmental literacy. She occasionally takes her hand held equipment with her and performs eye health exams on the birds. She is also a girl scout leader, serving as a role model for youth in our community.

Dr. Redmond is a member of the American Optometric Association, Colorado Optometric Association, College of Optometrists in Vision Development, the Optometric Extension Program, and the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association.

She enjoys hiking fourteeners and watching Rockies games with her husband, Hayes, who is also an Optometrist. Together they have started “homesteading”, by raising chickens and ducks, gardening, and beekeeping. They live in Parker, where they are raising their three children, Madelyn, Nolan, and Alice. You will find them in Estes Park in the summer and fall enjoying the park, the mountains, and the peacefulness as a family. Dr. Redmond enjoys connecting with others and improving their lives.  “I come to Highline each day knowing that I am making a difference for people; that their lives are better because their vision is better. I leave the office more excited and invigorated than when I arrived.”

Jenna Moran (Steffen), O.D., F.C.O.V.D.

Jenna joined the optometric team at Highline in 2017.

Enthusiastic, smart and driven, Dr. Jenna Moran has a passion for improving the quality of her patients’ lives.

She was born and grew up in Winfield, Kansas with her Mom, Dad and sister. The first time she began to think about Optometry as a career was as a little girl during the local Halloween parade. It was a windy day and a tiny piece of metal blew into her eye. Her optometrist removed it for her and immediately made most of the pain go away. From then on, optometry as a career always had a place in the back of her mind.

Jenna eventually found her way to the University of Kansas where she studied Organismal Biology and Business. To take a closer look at what it meant to work in eye care, she took a position at a private practice where she worked in almost every department throughout her time at KU. It was there that she first learned about how vision impacts development and learning, how Optometry can help people find relief after traumatic brain injuries and how satisfying it can be to show someone the world through a new pair of glasses. She was hooked! She went on to earn her doctor of optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee and achieved fellowship with the College of Optometrists in Vision Development.

Dr. Jenna has a passion for pediatric vision care. As an aunt to two little boys, she strives to make eye exams fun and not intimidating. She believes that early detection and treatment of vision problems is crucial because vision guides development and learning. Not only is this important in children, but for adults as well. Dr. Jenna has family members who have suffered from vision loss and has experienced how devastating it can be. This drives her to take extra care with each exam. She strongly believes in preventative, comprehensive eye health and vision care so that her patients can not only reach their potential, but maintain healthy vision for a lifetime.

Dr. Jenna is a proud Jayhawk and loves cheering on the Rockies, Broncos and Rapids. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her husband and two poodles.

Rebekah Bretz, O.D.

Rebekah joined the optometric team at Highline in 2023.

Dr. Bretz is passionate about providing exceptional care to each and every one of her patients.

After struggling with severe myopia (nearsightedness) from an early age, Rebekah gravitated toward a career in optometry. She grew up in rural north-central Kansas and attended Kansas State University, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a business minor.  Dr. Bretz then went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern California College of Optometry.  During her time at SCCO, she was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society and received the Hendrickson Memorial Award for excellence in the areas of pediatrics and vision therapy.  She also received the first place award at the SCCO Student Research Symposium for her contributions to research in dry eye studies. Dr. Bretz’s training included rotations at the Eye Care Center in Fullerton, CA, the Optometric Center of Los Angeles, the Naval Base in Groton, CT, and a private practice in Brea, CA, specializing in binocular vision.

Rebekah moved to Colorado in 2010 and loves living an active lifestyle with her husband and three children. Her hobbies include running, skiing, stand-up paddle boarding, and traveling. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the Colorado Optometric Association, and the Denver Metro Optometric Society. She is committed to lifelong learning and enjoys furthering her training by attending local and national vision seminars. In her spare time, Dr. Bretz enjoys volunteering her optometric services at local non-profit clinics and local community vision screenings.

Dr. Bretz is passionate about providing exceptional care to each and every one of her patients. She loves her job and looks forward to serving your eye care needs.

Landon Voigt, O.D.

Landon joined the Highline Vision Center optometric team in 2023.

Dr. Voigt is attentive and committed to providing quality patient care.

Landon was born in Mount Pleasant, Michigan where he was raised alongside his brother and sister. He first became interested in optometry when he began having migraines with visual symptoms in high school and sought care from a local optometrist. The optometrist discussed likely causes and remedies of migraines, and helped Landon determine that his eyes were healthy. From this encounter, Landon discovered that you could learn a lot about someone’s health by examining their eyes; and this sparked his passion for patient care.

Landon went on to study at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan, where he volunteered for the Michigan College of Optometry in his free time. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2017 and enrolled in Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee that same year. During his time at SCO, Landon contributed to research in telemedicine in eyecare. In addition to studying at SCO, Landon had clinical rotations at the John D. Dingel VA Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan, and a private practice in Colorado.

After his clinical rotation in Colorado, Landon and his fiancé Meghan decided to move permanently to Colorado following his graduation in May of 2022. Landon and Meghan were married at the Denver Botanic Gardens that same month. Landon and Meghan live in Parker with their rescue dog Geordi. Landon enjoys playing tennis, reading, and strives to become more involved in the Colorado Optometric Association.  Landon delights in working with his patients to achieve their best vision through vision therapy, medical optometry, and quality eyewear.

Maria Bray, O.D.

Maria joined the Highline Vision Center optometric team in 2024.

Maria performed rotations in vision therapy, post-op care for refractive surgeries, and more.

Maria grew up in a small town in southeast Missouri. She attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she graduated with a BS in Biology and a minor in Psychology. There, she was involved in service clubs, ophthalmological research, a social sorority, and was a technician at an optometry practice. She then completed her optometric education at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, where she was awarded a scholarship for community service. During optometry school, Maria was the secretary of the Sports Vision club and participated in sports vision screenings with athletes at Rhodes College. She was also a member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development club, Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association club, and the Optometric Private Practice club. During her rotations, Maria performed vision therapy as well as evaluations on patients with binocular vision disorders and traumatic brain injuries, but also saw many patients for post-op care after cataract and refractive surgeries.

Maria and her husband Jacob (who is also an optometrist) were married in June of 2023 after they graduated from optometry school. They love exploring the mountains and moved to Colorado to be closer to them. In her free time, Maria likes to play guitar, snowboard, cook, and take walks with her husband and their dog, Saint. She also likes cheering on her Missouri Tigers (M-I-Z!) and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Maria is excited to provide care for the patients of Highline and become immersed in her new home in Colorado.
