She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter not only had the correct prescription, but also the right lens material and upgrades for her needs. When my daughter was struggling with her new frames and being teased at school, Katrina was incredibly kind and supportive and helped us find a pair that my daughter felt much more comfortable and confident wearing. She was also able to figure out why I couldn’t see clearly through a pair of glasses I had purchased elsewhere, despite the prescription being correct. The other location couldn't find anything wrong, but Katrina identified the problem and fixed it within minutes. Amazing! All my concerns were addressed and I was educated on options. It was a very different experience than what I’ve had at other eye drs. Would highly recommend! Dr. Moran was able to find a foreign object embedded in my eye that neither urgent care nor the ER could find after multiple flushes and staining to observe scratches. She did so quickly, effectively and with an extremely positive attitude. She explained what she needed to do to help me feel better and then did exactly what she explained.
